The client provides the unit's floor plan (if no floor plan is available, we can visit the site for measurements first) and informs us of the areas to be designed, the required spaces, preferred style, etc. We will conduct an initial discussion and provide an estimated design fee.

Once the interior design renderings are completed, we will arrange an in-person meeting with you to discuss any areas that need revision.

(The softcopy version of the renderings will not be provided to the client until the design is confirmed/finalized.)

*The interior design renderings can be revised up to two times free of charge.

A cost estimate for the renovation will be prepared based on the finalized renderings and construction drawings.

Once our space planning draft is completed, we will send it to you. If you are generally satisfied, a design fee deposit will be made, after which adjustments to the space planning can proceed. This includes functional divisions, space requirements, and overall style positioning. Once the space planning is finalized, we will schedule the creation of the interior design renderings.

After finalizing the interior design renderings, we will begin creating the construction drawings, including floor plans (electrical layouts [socket, lighting, fan positions], ceiling plans, furniture detail drawings, etc.). All provided content will align with the items listed in the initial quotation.

The final installment of the design fee will be paid, and all complete renderings and construction drawings will be provided in electronic format.

After the renovation quotation is finalized, the initial payment is made, and construction is scheduled to begin. We will keep you updated on the project’s progress until the renovation work is completed.
